Cardiff Clear Aligner System

With two of the industry’s latest scanners at our disposal, Cardiff Orthodontic Laboratory is taking Orthodontics into the Digital age. With one impression from yourselves, we can do all the work. We will cast and scan a plaster model. One of our expert technicians will then digitally craft a tailored report outlining the number of aligners necessary for your patient. Once we get the go-ahead from you we will then 3D print the models and create a vacuum-formed Alinger for each stage.

All of these will be presented for the patient in a personalised carry case, plus a smaller personalised case for easy transportation and storage for their day-to-day lives.
